How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

Contact us within 14 days of receipt at contact@qeroha.com to notify us of your withdrawal. Then return the product as soon as possible.

Return Costs

The costs for returning the product are at your expense.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, for hygienic reasons, cannot be returned after opening, such as skincare products delivered sealed.
