Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed before 14:00 PM (CET) are shipped on the same day.

Delivery time: 1–2 business days after shipping.
All packages are mainly shipped with DHL
3. International Shipping
We currently also ship to Belgium.
International shipping costs: €10.95
International delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code so you can follow your delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged upon arrival? Please take photos of the packaging and the product within 48 hours of receipt and email them to contact@qeroha.com.
Lost package? If your package gets lost during transit, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution together.
